I learned a new word today! At first glance I thought your photo was of an orange, but wasn't sure. I had to use Google to find out they are indeed a type of citrus, but certainly not one I had any knowledge of. Yael, do you eat them as they are, or do you make jam etc? I love finding out about something new! Thank you for a fascinating post:)
This fruit is like a grapefruit but sweeter. I tried Google to find the translation for '"poomelit" as we call it here but did not find. may be Pomelo is like this. We do with it everything that we are doing with oranges- eat, drink and jam. this post was easy and fun:)
I was just thinking how nice and easy to do a short post and earlier tonight I wanted to do something short and easy too but I didn't, and then I read you said that! I like it. I am not familiar with your fruit but understand what it is from your description.
