  1. Speedy scooter. I had to look it up. Never seen one like that. He will soon be doing some fast turns for his sister to see from the window.

  3. I've never seen one of those scooters either. Looks like you need a licence to steer it! Two legs going in different directions. Bet they had a great time on it.

  4. Most of the time nobody wants it but if one of them starts riding it the others want too. It is new here too.(the first 2 photos are at my daughter's place, i live in the maountains, no scooter here.).

  5. I thought he was riding two scooters at once until I read Rachel's comment. That dog must be the same weight as your little girl.

  8. Never seen anything quite like that scooter. Here it is all skateboards. They even have a skateboard "playground" at our county park.

The kids look like they are doing just fine. I don't have any grandchildren, wish I did. Maybe some day.

  9. Wow!!! Now that is a different take on the scooter! I imagine it needs more skill than ice skates, and it looks as though he has mastered the trick.

  10. I picked my grandson up from kindergarten the other day and as we walked to the car we had to navigate amidst an onslaught of children on kick scooters. They were so cute, but I have to admit I was afraid they would run into us. I have not seen a scooter like the one your grandson uses. It must be fun.

    2. Haha. I try not to visibly cringe when my grandchildren are tumbling, running and biking barefoot, but inside I am shuddering. Still -- nothing better than grandchildren!
