Snake

It took the snake catcher 35 or 45  minutes to come to my house. It was almost midnight when i hared strange noises near my door, Edmund the cat was not quiet also,he was bitten by a snake last year and we saved him,but this time i knew that the snake is big, very big.So i googled a snake catcher and after less than an hour the snake went away with the young man and with 350 euro.It is a lot of money, but you never argue with a snake catcher in the middle of the night.

  1. Eeek! Do you know the name of the snake? (I don't mean Harry, or something like that).

  2. Oi va voi Yael! What a huge poisonous Palestinian Viper!! Thank God you and the cat are OK. (But what a high fee, wow.)
'Tis the season for snakes, I guess. I'm going to watch where I step.
May this be your last snake. Was it OUTSIDE your door, I hope?

    1. Watch your steps Dina, in your area there are a lot of other kinds of snakes, the snake was out side, but near my door.

  8. Yael, my hat is off to you. If there had been a snake that size (in my house!!) I would probably be in the hospital recovering from a heart attack. I might have to move.

Holy moly. And I thought the tiny little mildly poisonous snake my friend saw on a wooded path the other day was bad!

  11. Lord! That's one nasty looking snake! You need a flock of free range chickens! They will set about a snake and if they can kill him, they will eat him. I don't know though, even my flock might have run for it if that monster showed up!

  13. Mother nature was showing her really stupid side when she invented snakes. €350 was a bargain; I hate snakes.

  15. I dislike snakes immensely!!! The snake catcher was just the right person to call and at the end of the day I reckon the cost was worth it; at least you can sleep knowing it is no longer there.
