The school year is over. She won a prize for excellence in school, Social excellence, what ever it is, We tried to understand. In any case we were happy and decided that she deserve one more prize,Shopping, that what she choose.
That's just wonderful! Good for her! Emotional and social intelligence is at least as important as any other kind. What did she end up buying on her shopping trip? It looks like she's examining some pretty dresses in that last photo.
Social excellence is very important! I love the idea of a shopping trip as an extra prize; all girls love shopping especially if they choose what to buy.

ReplyDeleteShe wanted mainly yellow things, and at a cheap price, we finished with a few shirts, pink shoes and short jeans.
ReplyDeleteSounds like she is helpful and kind and she has good example from her family. Nice to give her a shopping trip as extra.
ReplyDeleteShe really is a wonderful girl.
DeleteBravo! Good on her for wearing yellow. My favourite colour. Most young girls want pink or purple.
ReplyDeleteShe has done well. You must be proud of her
She had a pink period, a few years, it passed.
DeleteNo yellow suitcases. Shame.
ReplyDeleteWe just passed the suitcases, the destination was the clothes.
DeleteAh. First, something to fill the suitcases with...
DeleteCongratulations. I too love yellow. She has good taste!
ReplyDeleteShe would love your red shoes from another place I saw today, I liked them too.
ReplyDeleteYellow is a happy colour.
ReplyDeleteI think so too.

ReplyDeleteShe has a wonderful taste in clothes and she always knows what she wants, not like me.
DeleteI didn't see the trim at the bottom of her skirt until the second picture. How sweet. Congratulations on her fine year at school.
ReplyDeleteYou always notice the details, well done.
DeleteI can't remember when I started chosing my own clothes, certainly not at her age. It must have been fun for her. Well done for her award.
ReplyDeleteFor several years now she has been choosing her own clothes, the clothes she wears are from a secondhand store that she and her mother buy there.
ReplyDeleteWell done Yael's granddaughter ! Enjoy your new clothes.
ReplyDeleteThank you Frances.
