simple life of a grand mother
I loved playing badminton..in my " youth". I had to give up many years ago due to an arthritic knee .
They love it too, twice a week they are playing there.
The good thing about Badminton is that you don't have to be brilliant at it to enjoy yourself - unlike tennis!
They play chess, too.
Yes, the same - unless you are up against a Grand Master, when the enjoyment is to watch them fall asleep.
We used to have a net strung between the trees and play it in the garden. Yes, it is fun. I like it too.
Here they called it another name, a similar game.
Like Rachel, we played badminton over a net in the yard. If we hung the net higher, we played volleyball.
As long as they enjoy and love it all is good, low or high.
Badminton was fun game we played here as kids. I really liked just handling the birdie as I thought it was neat-looking.
I did not know the game until recently.
Good healthy exercise! Don't much about badminton either. I know more about games on the phone! A little bit of both is good
I agree, I'm also better at games on the phone.
Badminton surely is a game to keep one fit; not quite so sure about games on the phone though!
It's a game we hardly know here, so I was surprised that it was so loved here.
A female cousin of mine played Badminton for England. Far too fast for me!
For me too.
