We are doing Easter here. It was a big thing when the kids were little, with egg hunts and Easter baskets. Now they are grown up and gone so we don't do anything special. I hope you have a good Passover.
Passover here is a big thing even though we are not religiuose it is a big familly thing with all the small and big problems that familly's gathering brings sometime:)
Happy Passover (if indeed it's supposed to be happy). I don't bother with Easter, I don't eat chocolate and I'm not religious so there's really nothing to celebrate.
On Friday I went to the church of a priest who was guillotined by the Nazis. On Saturday I visited a lunatic asylum, now a museum, and afterwards I went to see a play by Tolstoy. I think the title translates as The Power of Darkness. People should celebrate holidays in many ways. It doesn't do to be on the all going the same way conveyor belt. Today is Sunday. I'll see what I do. And then there's Monday to think about . . .
We have the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday. Then the Passover. Did you have family over. Netanyahu is seeing through Iran I think.
ReplyDeleteI just came back from a family 'SEDER'. the passover meal. I dont realy know about Iran but may be Netanyahoo is right ,
