bomb shelter

I don't have a real shelter where I can hide in the evenings while the alarm

is going on and on.So I stand in the corridor at my house and count the seconds

until I hear the BOOM. then I go out and look at the dark sky and wonder how long it will last.

numbers (or grandmother in israel)

If you live 40 km from Gaza you have 60 seconds to find a shelter.

if you live closer you have 15 20 or 30 minutes.

I had 60 seconds last evening when i heared the alarm.

my grand kids,2, 4. 5, years old, had 20 minutes last evening.

4 or 5 missiles near their house.

I am 65 and so tiered of wars.

Saturday morning

Early in the morning, before the play ground is too hot to touch and walk

we were so happy. Than back home.The dog is excited every time the kids are here.

then she had to take a long rest.

new to me

I started to like nail polish only when i became Grandmother.

It all started when she was  3 and every time was asking for another color.

now she is 4 and has many colors.

rutine

Mornings walks with the Dog. We came across this

plant.Strange but we did not noticed it's flowers before. At least I did not.

Bambi

The small Bambi lost his parents.

now he is resting and waiting while getting

some visitors who fed him and went on with their own

business in the play ground.

remember

 Today we remember . so many wars,

so many soldiers.

Almost 41 years since 1973, i remember.

I don't like public remembrance days

so i don't share much but the candles on

my table.
