real time

Before I went to Tel-Aviv I checked how safe it is.
The orange rectangles on the TV let us know where are the sirens
in real time.
I saw that there are sirens in my gran kids area.
I took the train to Tel- Aviv any way.
May be I can get use to live with fear.

  1. I heard this morning that the 'Palestinians' are demanding retribution for the death of the wife and child of a Hamas official. What they failed to add was that the rockets were retribution for the earlier Hamas missile attack. If Hamas wants retribution, then so will Israel. It's a never ending circle; unless of course Hamas stops firing those bloody missiles. As usual I say Stay Safe.

    1. Cro, the only solution is absolute eradication of Hamas and the ideology they promote. They glorify and seek death, so just help them achieve their goal in the mos efficient and least troublesome way possible. Unfortunately the perverted death cult is so engrained in the culture it is a bit like playing Whack-a-Mole. You get it in one place, and it pops up somewhere else under a different name just like ISIS/ISIL has replaced Alqaeda lately.

    2. Cro, it is good to know you realy understand what is going on in this endless circle, I just hope more people will understand that.

    2. Being brave doesn't mean absence of fear. Being brave is feeling the fear, and then doing what you need to do despite it. I think you are braver than you think.

  3. I think the moment you allow fear to rule your life you are truly lost; but you are a very brave woman for travelling to Tel Aviv. I suppose it is good to know where the rockets are, but it must be very worrying when they are near your grandchildren. Stay safe!

  4. It is a god thing that Hamas is not able to properly aim its rockets and can't really target a specific location. At the same time you never know where they go. Not sure I'd be riding a train as a fixed location might be easier to target than a moving car. But either way good for you for just doing what you need to do despite the threat. I never realized Tel-Aviv had such modern towers. I always took it to be an older looking city.

  6. No problem Yael. Best make your settings so that ALL comments are moderated and need your approval before they are published on your blog. Blocking one single person is not enough because he can change his identity. It will avoid trolls like this Aron or Mustafa or Mohamed or what ever his name is. Even though he tries to hide behind a different name his unique style of hatred gives him away as the same sick twisted person. This last time he shows his cowardice as he hides behind the name of a woman just like so many cowardly Hamas people he seems to love so much.

  9. Hello Yael,
I have looked in on your blog a few times in the past and have not made a comment. I would like to be a blog friend with you. I too am a grandmother and have four grandchildren who live close by. There are three girls, then a boy. They are aged from 9 down to 2. I like gardens too.
I am sorry for what is happening in your country. Keep safe.
