Shana tova

תוצאת תמונה עבור ‪shana tova‬‏It is the beginning of the new year, a Jewish holiday,(there is a new Jewish member in blogland, welcome "Tom".), my son is in north Europe, my daughter is in Germany, my brother is in Greece, i am celebrating with the cats here. Shana Tova.

  1. Shana Tova to you too, Yael. Whether or not I have Jewish ancestry is open to debate. My sister just made it up when looking at a bit of Genealogy research which dipped into some East End London records. Maybe, maybe not. I don't much care.

  3. I know you have loads of celebration days over there! I have never heard of this. Wishing you a year of peace. Happy celebration even if you are on your owñ. You have a real European family. Whereabouts in Greece is your brother? Hope he has a terrific time. Best time of the year for a holiday here
