  4. Ah, the good old days, when small creatures loved other small creatures. We have a cat now; I hope that counts.

  5. Yael, you were brave enough to take the pictures; I know you don't like small wriggly, furry creatures! :)
    Your granddaughter's hair is lovely.
    Greetings Maria x

  7. The wonderful thing is most children love creatures, be they big or small. The sad thing is sometimes adults tell the children pieces of information about those little creatures that children do not want, nor need, to know.
The neighbours have dogs that visit regularly, the wild birds, large and small, abound and the inner child in us all delights in their antics.

  8. Your first picture, Yael, is so utterly funny: the little dog looks like a comic drawing! And kind of the girl to calm and soothe the little whatsoever (a mouse? a guinea pig?)

  10. We had all sorts of little animals when my kids were home. We had rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and white rats, chickens, dogs, cats, horses, goats.

Now we just have cats, dogs, chickens and ferrets.

I like little animals, always did. They don't live a long time though and when they passed away it always made us sad.
